This tour is suitable for everyone including children. We recommend you take comfortable shoes for walking and warm clothing since it can get cold in the mountains.

Since Ingushetia and Chechnya preserve their cultural traditions and follow islamic practices, it’s strongly recommended to wear : For women -long sleeve tops and long skirts. Hijabs are only required in mosques. No tight clothing or open tops. As for men, no shorts. We kindly ask you to please follow the clothing guidelines.

Of course, there is customer service support in case of an emergency or need additional help to extend your trip. We will do our best in accomodating your needs. Please remind that we can only respond from 6 in the morning to ten in the evening.

Please acknowledge that if you come to Ingushetia and Chechnya that you follow some of these rules.

1. No smoking or Drinking publicly. In case of desiring to smoke, it’s best to do it in a private space and not publicly. There are special shops and in Vladikavkaz alcohol and smoke products are widely available.

2. You may photograph mosques from the inside, but please ask permission if you plan on photographing public places if there are people around.

3. Limit public affection since these places follow Islamic Practices.

4. It is crucial that tourists follow the tour guide’s instructions to ensure their safety when going to the mountain areas.
